Writing is fun.
Editing is meh.
Publishing, even ezmode self-publishing, is not fun at all. Except on one or two sites; that make the SP experience fairly painless, but don’t sell any books to speak of.
And Smashwords (you heard it here first) absolutely blows. Run away if you can.
Alternated most of the morning between being sick (big V and bid D, yay!) and tracking down obscure little xhtml errors in the epub. So, yeah, I’m in a great mood to take on publishers!
